Artistique Inc. ("we," "us," or the "Company") establishes this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information in the AI architectural image generation service "real shot" (the "Service") as follows.

1. Information We Collect

In providing the Service, we collect the following information:

• (1) Information provided at application: company name, representative name, email address, business type, and company website URL
• (2) Payment-related information: credit card information (processed through an external payment service designated by the Company; we do not directly retain card information), and, where payment is made by bank transfer, the remitter name and payment records
• (3) Usage information: rendering count, point consumption, usage count by resolution, and login timestamps
• (4) Uploaded image data and images generated by the Service
• (5) Project names and staff names assigned by the User to images

2. Purpose of Use

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• (1) Providing, operating, and improving the Service
• (2) Billing for service fees
• (3) Sending notifications and update information
• (4) Responding to inquiries
• (5) Analyzing usage and improving service quality
• (6) Preventing unauthorized use

3. Third-Party Provision

We do not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• (1) With the User's consent
• (2) When required by law
• (3) When provided to an external payment service designated by the Company for payment processing
• (4) When provided to outsourced service providers within the scope necessary for Service operation (in such cases, we exercise appropriate supervision)

4. Information Management

We appropriately manage the personal information we collect and strive to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, and falsification.

5. Data Storage Location

Service data is stored on Google Cloud Platform (Tokyo region).

6. Handling of Image Data

• (1) Images uploaded by users and generated images are transmitted to and securely processed by trusted third-party cloud service providers with which the Company has partnership agreements, for the purpose of rendering (generation) processing within the Service.
• (2) We do not use uploaded images for any purpose other than providing the Service.
• (3) The copyright of generated images belongs to the User.
• (4) The Service stores images generated by the User on the Company's servers so that the User may later view and download them. The retention period and number of stored images depend on the User's plan; when the limit is exceeded, image data is deleted starting with the oldest. Users may delete images at any time within the Service.

7. Use of Cookies

The Service uses the browser's session storage for login state management. We do not use cookies for advertising purposes.

8. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information

Users may request the disclosure, correction, or deletion of their own personal information from us. Please contact info@realshot.net for such requests.

9. Policy Changes

We may change this Policy as necessary. Changes take effect when posted on the Service.
